Tim partnered with Shayne and Sheri Gallagher in 2008 to create Wingate Wilderness Therapy with the idea of creating a new owner operated model for adolescent and young adult assessment and treatment. The success of the new model unexpectedly led to the creation of 11 programs making Family Help and Wellness the nation’s most prominent provider of private pay adolescent and young adult programs restoring the lives of over 5,363 families.
For the last 17 years he has exclusively focused on guiding and helping top behavioral health leaders create new programs combining their decades of working with families and children with Tim’s strategic guidance and knowledge of the capital markets. Prior to 1999 he focused on general healthcare providers and health insurance. Tim began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young after obtaining a B.A. in economics and business from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR.
Tim lives in Oregon with his wife and two children. He could tell you he enjoys golf and does but rarely has the opportunity to play; outside of work its mostly family activities. He does make it to about half of the Oregon Duck football games.
