Mark joined FHW in 2015 to provide operations and business development support, together with consistent systems to ensure that the Company’s programs are operating at the top of their field.

Mark’s background includes senior management positions in companies providing a wide range of therapeutic treatment service models. This includes his leadership of the only nationwide organization that provides in home autism treatment. Mark’s background includes private equity backed startups and turn arounds. Mark is recognized as a natural team builder and leader who is adept at identifying areas for organizational and operational improvement and developing high yield solutions that deliver measurable, sustainable results.

Mark has a BS, a MBA and licensure as a CPA . His attraction to the behavior health world began in his volunteer work in the not for profit world. He is a past executive board member of Peace and Justice Academy, Girls on the Run of Pasadena and Hospice of Pasadena.

Mark and his wife, Kimberly, and are lifetime residents of the Pasadena area in Southern California.

The discovery of behavioral health as a career was a life changer for me. It has given me the opportunity to merge my business skills with my commitment to helping people struggling with life.
